The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S.Case nO.121 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that six miscreants snatched the motorcycle of the informant and his mobile and cash of Rs.500/-. Etc. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has not been put on TIP and he is in custody for about four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71550 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S.Case No.121 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
