2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in Paragraph '9' of the bail petition, due to clerical mistake the date of the custody of the petitioner has been written as 18.08.2015 whereas the real date of custody is 16.08.2025. Learned counsel has prayed to do the necessary correction within course of the day.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5) and 132 of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
5. The case of the prosecution in short is that police has information that certain miscreants are planning to commit some offence. Three persons were apprehended. This petitioner was also apprehended.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from possession of this petitioner only Rs.600/- was recovered. It has also been submitted that from the possession of co-accused Chandan Kumar, two cartridges were recovered and it has been submitted that Chandan Kumar has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 78291 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 16.08.2025.
7. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail to the petitioner.
8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai.
