2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No. 125 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading of the FIR, it is a case of consensual sex. The victim was in a relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2023, having clean antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is

No.83951 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No. 125 of 2023.
