The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 483 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 42 litres country made liquor, which was being carried by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
