JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a petition before the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna on 23.7.2018 regarding his admitted claim, hence, he may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner dated 23.7.2017 within a period of eight weeks from today.

It is further directed that in case any admitted dues is payable to the petitioner, the same should be paid within the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21306 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2 /2 aforesaid period of eight weeks, failing which the admitted dues shall carry an interest of 18% per annum from the date of passing of the impugned order.
