Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 383, 384, 387, 120B, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner were framed on 17-02-2023, as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the bail application. 4.
The learned counsel next submits that the petitioner had earlier moved this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 67256 of 2022. The same came to be rejected by an order dated 29-4-2023 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge.

The learned counsel next submits that charges were framed on 17-02-2023 and the present bail application has been filed 6 months thereafter.

The learned APP opposes the bail application and submits that in the event, if the petitioner is released, he may delay the trial.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 97/2022.

The learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, in the event, the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner.
