Misc. No. 35200 of 2018 for extending the period of surrender in the learned court below by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara.

Permission is accorded.

The present modification application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail in the learned court below.
