JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a), 38(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.
The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the house of co-accused Gaurav Kumar and allegedly petitioners confessed before the Police that they used to deliver the liquor door to door.
