The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj (Bathnaha O.P.) P.S.Case No.262/18 registered under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489 ( C ) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of Indian fake currency of Rs.25,900/- and Nepali fake currency of Rs.3000/- from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is nothing to show that the recovered notes are fake. He is in custody for more than 6 1⁄2 months having no criminal antecedent.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67727 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria, in Narpatganj P.S.Case No.262/18 subject to the condition that bailors of the petitioner shall be of local having sufficient immovable properties.
