The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.82 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 332, 333, 307, 379, 427, 440, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case registered at the instance of Bahera Police Station. Approximately 50-60 persons have been made accused for obstructing the road.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
