The matter has been taken up through video conferencing. This is the 5th attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. A report was called for from the Additional Sessions Judge in seisin of the case. The learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-Patna reported vide letter No. 20 dated 26.02.2020 that the case has already been fixed for judgement on 05.03.2020.

Mr. Manindra Kishore Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that even today judgement has not been delivered. Since the case is already fixed for judgement, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to deliver the judgement forthwith without any delay.
