1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 76, 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has antecedent of one case and petitioner no. 2 is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 25.07.2025, at 05:00 p.m., Binod Kamti came and started acting inappropriately with her. Further, when the father-in-law of the informant, namely, Anand Mandal came thereafter Binod Kumar assaulted him by kudal causing injury on his head on orders of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79874 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 Bablu Kamti while Sonam Devi assaulted her son by rod causing injury thereafter Bhagwandai Devi snatched her chain and also dashed her on the ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that husband of the informant, namely, Dilip was having dispute relating to land with Anil, his neighbour and petitioner no. 1 being the UpMukhiya had mediated in between the two which had offended Dilip, as such, he came to be implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
