Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 67 of 2018 arising out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry FIR named accused killed his daughter and without any information cremated her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. In the FIR there is no allegation against petitioner of torture and

It has been further stated that he works in Kanpur to earn his livelihood and on the date of occurrence he was in Kanpur and allegation as such is false and concocted. He has also denied demand of any dowry and the deceased died of medical reasons. He is in custody since 19.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 67 of 2018 arising out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016.
