1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.144/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022 and Sections 8A ©, (20(b), (ii) A, 25 of NDPS Act and 25(1-b)a & 26 of the Arms Act.

3. In the nature of allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, who is in custody since 06.08.2024, as allegation is of recovery of liquor along with Ganja, a country made pistol and one used and one live cartridge from the joint family house of the petitioner.
