Petitioner is in custody in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018 for the offence under sections 20(B) (ii), 29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant two persons were apprehended and the Ganja approximately 6 kg. was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.6.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 27.6.2018 and quantity of the Ganja is not commercial quantity and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71978 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
