The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira (Nagra) P.S.Case No. 193 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner assaulted with Daab (a sharp cutting weapon) on the head of the informant and the doctor found one of the injuries to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
