JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 378 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 401, 4143, 467, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police got information that some miscreants are moving near the ATM in suspicious condition and when the police raided the place, one accused person was arrested from that place and 21 ATM cards of different banks were recovered from his possession. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in judicial custody since 07.08.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
