The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwa P.S. case No.151 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. X, East Champaran at Motihari.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is one of the assailants.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76893 of 2019(3) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the case. Same is kept at Flag 'R'. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
