JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment dated 26.2.2018 passed in LPA No. 655 of 2015, hence it is prayed that the present writ petition be also disposed of in light of the judgment dated 26.2.2018. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 26.2.2018 passed in LPA No. 655 of 2015 with a direction to the respondent no.6 to consider the case of the petitioner and grant similar relief, if the petitioners are found entitled for the same. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today.
