2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation, it has come that at the time of death of deceased, this petitioner was in Delhi. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. Charge has been framed on 24.12.2025. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh at Patna in connection with Ghoshwari P.S.
