The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a 26/35 Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that name of the petitioner surfaced as there is allegation that he fled away from the place of occurrence. There is no overt act alleged against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68220 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
