The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhat P.S.Case No.65 of 2018 G.R.No.1482 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury to the deceased by Barchhi and he died later on.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is only one assault and no repetition of the assault. As a matter of fact the deceased died due to not getting treatment. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 1.6.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67426 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
