2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 732 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one Pankaj Singh are said to have been involved in note doubling.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is Pankaj Singh who is involved in the alleged crime and not the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80399 of 2025(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 petitioner and the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
