KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The present case has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner In the order dated 06.12.2018 learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are two typographical errors:- (i) In first line of the second page of the order dated 06.12.2018, it has been wrongly typed that "the petitioner has no criminal antecedent" but in the petition it has been stated that "the petitioner has three cases pending against him". (ii) It has been further stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 06.12.2018 'to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016' is correct but in the web copy it is showing as 'learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018'.
In view of the above, in first line of the second
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69746 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 page of the order dated 06.12.2018, "the petitioner has three cases pending against him" shall be read in place of "the petitioner has no criminal antecedent" and in the same page 'to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016' shall be read in place of 'learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018'.
Accordingly, the order dated 06.12.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent indicated above. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
