1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/orders/direction to the respondents to lodge the F.I.R. against the Respondent No. 10 Head Master Sri Uday Prakash Narayan S/o Pulkit Bhadeshwar, Navshrijit Prathmik School Yadav Tola, Vayasi Ward No. 10 his associate on the basis of Letter
Patna High Court CWJC No.18342 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 No. 693 dated 25.10.2022 by the District Program Officer, Supaul to the Respondent and also to taken necessary legal action against the Respondents. There has keep pending (a) thrown in dustbin. The aforesaid letter. Annexure- P/7 before C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014 Hon'ble High Court Patna pass order dated 05.12.2016 by the State as teachers such as senior secondary teachers, elementary teachers, librarians and some of candidates, so appointed have submitted forged certificate. This court has issued direction from time to time to the vigilance department to carry out of the investigation (Annexure-P/1)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
