2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 17/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b), (ii)(B), 22(b), 23(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 5.200 Kg. of Ganja from the petitioner who is in custody since 07.03.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83829 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (NDPS), Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned court in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 17/2024.

6. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the special judge will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, there are some case are found against him his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Bangaha police station on every Sunday.

7. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer in the court below on the date fixed.
