2. The present application has been preferred: for direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate legal steps regarding removal of encroachment over the private land of petitioner bearing Khata No.
119, Plot no. 834 having its area 15 5/8 Decimal situated at village Urdana, Thana No. 52 which has been encroached by the Private respondent namely Yamuna Prasad
Patna High Court CWJC No.19005 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 Sao and to grant any other relief(s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be pursuing the matter before appropriate Revenue Authorities pursuant to the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad (Annexure-P/4 to the petition).
