2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhairoganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 9/10 of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act and Section 4/8 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, one Manu Sahni is the main accused of the case. He has got married to the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025 and has clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bhairoganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025.
