2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Separate Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1276/2023 dated 15.12.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186, 187, 188, 341, 323, 342, 337, 308, 353, 379, 427, 504, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The submissions advanced by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a student, having fair and clean antecedent and the alleged occurrence is said to have been committed by a mob of 150-200 persons, though the name of this petitioner finds place in the FIR but against him, there is no specific allegation and in the alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83648 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 occurrence, no one sustained any kind of injury and the alleged offences do not attract against this petitioner.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the above submissions made by petitioner's counsel, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Separate Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1276/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
