JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add General Manager (Claim), Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Patna as respondent no.6 to the present writ petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

Heard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.6 and the respondent no.6 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.6 regarding her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of six

Patna High Court CWJC No.21919 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 weeks from today and the respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

It is needless to state that if the final decision is not taken within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner, the admitted outstanding dues payable to the petitioner shall carry an interest @ 6% per annum from the date the same became due till the date of actual payment of the same.
