The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.46 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

From reading of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
