The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 379, 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of E.C. Act.

The prosecution case, in brief is that 40 litres of K. Oil is alleged to have been recovered from the flour mill of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. 40 litres of K. oil is alleged to have been recovered from the premises of the petitioner. The petitioner runs a flour mill. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68914 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 petitioner has denied the recovery of the K. oil in the confiscation proceeding.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
