The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. From perusal of supplementary injury report (Annexure-3), it appears that all the five injuries caused by hard and blunt substance and they have been found to be simple in nature, which falsifies the allegation

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
