The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P. S. Case No. 337 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the plea taken by the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent and having got roots in the society, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-
