1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26327 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 5,000/- per month to the O.P. No. 2 from the month of October, 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person. He is working in the salon of one Balmiki Sharma Known as Janta Hair Cutting Salon
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.779 of 2025(6) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 at Sardar Para, West Bengal and petitioner's monthly income is low, hence, the living cost of Rs. 5,000/- per month payable to O.P. No. 2 is too much for the petitioner to bear, accordingly, he prays to reduce the said amount from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 4,000/-.
4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, let the amount for the living cost of O.P. No. 2 to be paid by the petitioner be reduced from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 4,000/-.
5. The order dated 21.09.2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.
