Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.261 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 307, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is specific allegation against Ram Ishwar Singh and Kanchan Singh of causing firearm injury to the father of informant. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation merely on statement of spy.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72582 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.261 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
