The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was apprehended while moving in the civil court premises and four cartridges were recovered from his possession. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As far as pending two cases are concerned, the petitioner is on bail in the aforesaid cases. Lastly, it is submitted
