The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria, Mahila P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, registered under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to love affairs of informant, aged about 19 years, with Wahid (Petitioner), the petitioner developed physical relation with her since before two months, when informant asked the petitioner to perform marriage then he did not give any heed on it. On 03.07.2019, the petitioner called to informant on mobile saying that both will go to Delhi and perform marriage, but, on knowing about the said fact, the family members of the informant caught hold them and Panchayati was arranged, but, in the said Panchayati,

When parents of the informant went to the house of the petitioner then his family members refused to obey the decision of the Panchayat and they also abused and removed them from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R., itself, that informant, who is major, was the consenting party. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019 and, on investigation, the Police has submitted Chargesheet against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
