JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448, 379, 307, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on Nunulal Mdhta and causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 10.7.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner and gun shot injury was found on the person of injured, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
