The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 570 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that alleged Motorcycle has been recovered from house of co-accused Sharvan Paswan. Police has arrested the petitioner and took his confessional statement. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 3.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
