The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.1339 of 2019, arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No.363 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the alleged recovery of 14 liters of liquor, for which the petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2019, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Araria in connection
