The petitioners are accused in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018, registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 387 and 352/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant, Chitrarekha Devi @ Rekha Devo, on constructing the house in the village Harhiya, P.S. Vijay Chapra, instructed the petitioners for taking care of her house, but under conspiracy they rented her house to one Dinesh Sahni. On 14.05.2018, when the informant went there and demanded the rent then she was abused and all made demand of Rs.3,00,000/- as ransom for vacating the premises of

Thereafter, she also came to know that 10 quintal iron rod, motor pump, cement and other articles also removed from her house on breaking the lock of the door. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 25.09.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
