The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction for fixation of his pension on the last pay drawn and for payment of other retiral benefits.

Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the pension of the petitioner has already been fixed and all the retiral benefits were

Patna High Court CWJC No.22755 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 paid to the petitioner. If the petitioner has got any grievance, the petitioner may file representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University and the same shall be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, since the pension of the petitioner has already been fixed but the petitioner is aggrieved that the pension of the petitioner has not been fixed on the basis of the last pay drawn by the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University within one month from today and thereafter the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of such representation. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
