The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Supplementary Banmankhi P. S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
