2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desri P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is alleged to have been killed by the petitioners and other accused persons.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is a lady and there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84296 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against her. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner no. 1 is a lady, her application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner no. 1, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024.

7. So far as petitioner no. 02 is concerned, Call for the legible photocopy of the case diary from the concerned Court below in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 as well as a report regarding the antecedent of the petitioner no. 02.

8. List this case after six weeks.
