The petitioners seek bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 448 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioners. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioners has come in confessional statement of co-accused Ramu Sahni before the police. Petitioners are said to be in custody since 17.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71183 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 13th cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 448 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
