2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the pleading in this case has completed and the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondent to provide the voluntary retirement to the petitioner from the post of driver.

3. Learned counsel for the State further submits that vide Memo No. 600 dated 25.04.2022 (annexed as Annexure-E series) of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5, it is very much clear that vide Memo No. 567 dated 25.04.2022, the benefit of compulsory retirement

Patna High Court CWJC No.1512 of 2020(8) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 has been granted to the petitioner with effect from 25.04.2022. He also submits that in this background, the petitioner has no case left.

4. Upon perusal of the relief and Annexure- E series, it transpires to this Court that the grievances of the petitioner has been settled, and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, and if, any grievance of the petitioner is still left, he shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the authority concerned.

5. With this direction, this writ petition stands dismissed.
