It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last paragraph of the order, inadvertently it has been typed as 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua' instead of 'A.C.J.M.-II, Kaimur at Bhabua', and in the cause title, instead of 'Bhabua', it has been typed as 'Bhabhu'.

In the circumstances, let the last paragraph of the order dated 06.12.2018 be read as 'to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Kaimur at Bhabua, instead of 'to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua'

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70105 of 2018(3) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 and in the cause title, let it be read as 'Bhabua' instead of 'Bhabhu'.

Accordingly, the order dated 06.12.2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
