The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017, G.R. No. 2607 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and his associates were waylaid and robbed of their belongings. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confession of one Md. Aslam who has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner has not been put on the test identification parade and does not have any criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 29.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70680 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017, G.R. No. 2607 of 2017.
