2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 310 (5) (4) of the BNS and Section 25 (1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of the petitioner on mobile and two live cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.09.2024 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85707 of 2024(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 476 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
